Login data
In order to log into eTrusted or My Trusted Shops, you need a user name and password. The user name and password are identical for both platforms and are synchronised so that you can use eTrusted and My Trusted Shops with the same access data.
The user name is identical to the e-mail address you used when you registered. You will receive your password by e-mail after the successful initial verification of your registration. As soon as you have received the login data, you should log in to My Trusted Shops as soon as possible and change your password.
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can change it both via eTrusted and My Trusted Shops. For this purpose there is a button in both login pages called "Forgot your password?”. Click on it and we will take you to a secure form where you can request an email to reset your password.
