As a member of Trusted Shops, we naturally offer you several ways to pay your fees. Which payment methods are actually available to you depends on two factors. On the one hand, the country in which your company is based. On the other hand, it depends on which payment agreement you have concluded with Trusted Shops.
Available payment methods
The following payment methods are possible with Trusted Shops:
- Credit card: Payment by credit card is available to all Trusted Shops members in all markets and is compatible with any payment agreement.
- PayPal: The same applies to payment via PayPal. This payment method is also available for all Trusted Shops members.
- SEPA Direct Debit: The SEPA Direct Debit is currently only available to Trusted Shops members from the euro area. Customers from Switzerland, Great Britain and Poland can therefore unfortunately not use this payment method at the moment.
- Bank transfer: If you have agreed an annual payment with Trusted Shops, you can also transfer your contributions after receiving the annual statement. Unfortunately this is not possible with monthly payment.

How can I change my payment method?
Of course you can change your payment method at any time. In this case please contact our Contract Team by e-mail at (firstname.lastname@example.org). The colleagues are also the right contact point if you want to update important master data such as your company address or the contact details of your contact persons. In addition, the Contract Team is available to answer any questions you may have about your invoices and payments.
