What does the questionnaire for Product Reviews look like?

With the Trusted Shops Product Reviews, you have a convenient way to collect reviews from your customers for your product catalogue and thereby increase the sales of well-rated products. The Product Review Questionnaire Template is available for you to collect product reviews.

How is the Product Reviews Questionnaire Template structured?

This animation shows each of the components of the questionnaire your customers will receive.


First, our system checks whether one or more products have been purchased. If a single product has been purchased, your customers will see the questionnaire for this product directly. If more than one product has been purchased, a product overview is displayed. Within this overview, your customers can choose which product should be reviewed.

When rating your products, your customers always provide a star rating and are asked to use the commentary function. The comment function displays different headings and questions - depending on the number of stars previously assigned. 


After a successful review is submitted, if there are other products that can be reviewed, your customers will be redirected to the product overview. Once all products have been reviewed, the thank you page appears.

Just like your Service Reviews, you can also collect Product Reviews automatically. Simply set up your automated invites with the help of the eTrusted Control Centre and you’re ready to go.

to be sent.

Two time-delayed review invites can be useful, for example, if you want to give your customers enough time to form a well-founded opinion about the purchased product prior to receiving the review request.

To be able to collect Product Reviews, you must first book them. If you have not yet booked Product Reviews, this overview will appear during the set-up of the automatic invite dispatch:
