Keeping an eye on your review development is important. To support you with this, there is a Review Insights Dashboard in the eTrusted Control Centre. With this Dashboard, you can analyse your collected reviews and their development.
Where do I find my Review Insights?
- Log in to your Control Centre Account
- Click on “Analytics” in the main navigation
What Information does the Review Insights section provide?
Overall grade
In this area, you can view your channel’s average grade based on the star rating received. The overall grade is calculated based on all verified service reviews you have collected with the selected channel over the last 365 days.
Click on “View all reviews” to get redirected to your Control Centre Inbox.
Reviews
The reviews section shows the distribution of the verified service reviews you have collected for the selected channel over the last 365 days. The bar chart displays the total amount as well as the percentage of your service reviews based on the given star rating.
Grade history
You can view your overall grade development for the last 365 days. The grade history uses your daily calculated overall grade and displays your grade development as a continuous graph.
Monthly grade
This bar chart indicates your monthly average overall grade. Here, the average score is calculated based on your collected service reviews for the selected channel for each individual month. One column will therefore show your overall average score for that particular month. As new reviews are submitted, the current month changes.
Reviews collected
This bar chart shows the number of verified service reviews received each month for the selected channel over the last 12 months. Therefore, one column displays the total amount of your collected service reviews in that month. As new reviews are submitted, the current month changes.
