How can the Community of Trust affect my business?

As a Trusted Shops member, you are automatically part of the Community of Trust. But what effects does the Community of Trust have on your business? The overview "Community of Trust Performance" provides you with statistics to help you answer this question.

Where can I find statistics on the Community of Trust?

  1. Log in to the eTrusted Control Centre.
  2. Click on "Analytics" (01_16x16.png) in the main navigation. Then click on "Community of Trust Performance" (02_16x16.png).
  3. Select the channel (03_16x16.png) for which you want to analyse how the Community of Trust impacts your business.

You have now successfully opened the "Community of Trust Performance" overview.

What statistics do I get?

First, use the "Date range" drop-down menu to determine the period you want to analyse. You have four options:

  • View statistics for the last 7 days.
  • View statistics for the last 30 days.
  • View statistics for the last 90 days.
  • View statistics for the last 365 days.

You will then receive the statistics for your selected period.

Share of orders by consumer members (01_16x16.png)

The chart shows you what percentage of the orders placed on your website can be attributed to Consumer members who are registered with Trusted Shops.

As soon as a customer opts to apply Buyer Protection, they are registered as a Consumer member with Trusted Shops.

In our example, 65 percent of orders were placed by Consumer members.

This chart shows the total value of orders placed by Consumer members on your website during the selected period.

In our example, Consumer members placed orders worth EUR 13,152.

Average shopping basket value (03_16x16.png)

This chart shows you the average basket value of Consumer members on your website.

In our example, the average basket value is EUR 313.
