How do I set up the Klaviyo integration for eTrusted?

The Klaviyo integration is available to you in the eTrusted Control Centre. In order to use the integration, you must first link eTrusted to your Klaviyo account.

The steps required for this differ depending on whether you want to link eTrusted to Klaviyo for the first time or link another eTrusted channel.

• Link another eTrusted channel to Klaviyo

Link eTrusted to Klaviyo for the first time

1. Log in to the eTrusted Control Centre.
2. Click on ("Integrations") () in the main navigation. Then click on "CRM/Email Marketing" (). Select the channel () you want to link to your Klaviyo account. Click on "Open" within the area "Klaviyo" ().
   
3. The overview "Klaviyo" will appear. Click on "Connect new Klaviyo account".
   
4. You will be redirected to Klaviyo. Log in to the Klaviyo back end.
   
5. A pop-up window will appear. Click on "Continue".

6. An access authorization request appears. Click on "Allow".
   

You will then be redirected to the eTrusted Control Centre. You have now successfully linked eTrusted to your Klaviyo account.

Link another eTrusted channel to Klaviyo

1. Log in to the eTrusted Control Centre.
2. Click on ("Integrations") () in the main navigation. Then click on "CRM/Email Marketing" (). Select the channel () you want to link to your Klaviyo account. Click on "Open" within the area "Klaviyo" ().
   
3. The overview "Klaviyo" with a list of all Klaviyo accounts that have already been linked to eTrusted appears. Would you like to link the channel to one of the listed Klaviyo accounts? Then click on the appropriate "Connect" button (). Would you like to link the channel to another Klaviyo account? Then select "Connect new Klaviyo account" ().
   

4. Do you link eTrusted to a new Klaviyo account? You will be redirected to Klaviyo. Log in to the Klaviyo back end.
   
5. A pop-up window will appear. Click on "Continue".

6. An access authorization request appears. Click on "Allow".
   

You will then be redirected to the eTrusted Control Centre. You have now successfully linked your eTrusted channel to Klaviyo.

Separating links between eTrusted and Klaviyo

You can disconnect an existing link between an eTrusted channel and Klaviyo. This may be necessary, for example, if you have already linked five channels to Klaviyo and want to create a new link.

1. Log in to the eTrusted Control Centre.
2. Click on ("Integrations") () in the main navigation. Then click on "CRM/Email Marketing" (). Select the channel () you want to separate from Klaviyo. Click on "Open" within the area "Klaviyo" ().
   
3. Click on "Disconnect" in the upper right corner.
   
4. A pop-up window will appear. Select whether to disconnect the selected channel alone from Klaviyo, or if you want to disconnect all connected channels from your Klaviyo account (). Click on "Confirm" ().
   

Have you only linked one eTrusted channel to Klaviyo? Then another pop-up appears. If so, click on "Yes, please disconnect".

You have now successfully disconnected your eTrusted channel from Klaviyo.
