Control Center

In the eTrusted Control Center at https://app.etrusted.com you can easily keep track of all your Trusted Shops reviews.

Free basic features

Companies that have claimed their company profile free of charge receive access to the following services:

Review inbox: Feedback can be filtered, searched, exported, commented and reported. If, in your opinion, a customer opinion violates the law (e.g. objectively false or offensive reviews), you can easily report them via the login area and Trusted Shops will manually examine that review and deactivates unlawful reviews.

Dashboard: In a simple dashboard, the development of the review score can be tracked over different periods of time.

Company Profile / Review Profile

Your individual review overview page.
An average rating (overall score) is calculated from all reviews of the last 12 months according to the following 5-star scale:

5 to 4.5                         Excellent

< 4.5 to 3.5                   Good

< 3.5 to 2.5                   Fair

< 2.5 to 1.5                   Poor

< 1.5 to 0                      Very poor

Notifications by e-mail: You will be notified of new reviews by email, so you can promptly comment on customer opinions that may need explaining to other customers. This is a good opportunity to respond to comments and criticism and demonstrate your openness. In this way, you can increase customer satisfaction and turn dissatisfied customers into returning buyers.

Number of reviews per month

There is no limit to the number of reviews! This is important so that you get maximum feedback and opinions.  

External analyses

You can export your data at any time and thus integrate and utilize it in all your analyses from different systems.

Extended paid functions

Companies that take out a paid contract to use the eTrusted platform for review management receive an extended range of functions:

Send review invitations to actively collect feedback via an online form provided by Trusted Shops and track the current status of each invitation sent via the Control Center in the invitation overview.

Invitation rules: Flexible rules that adapt to your company's processes.

Touchpoints: Events at the touchpoints of your systems trigger the eTrusted invitations. You can connect several touchpoints.

Reputation Manager (Extra option)

Get good reviews – on all platforms, in one place! With our Reputation Manager Feature, you can use the full potential of our eTrusted review engine in order to quickly improve your reviews and keep them at an excellent level at all times across many different open, SEO-relevant platforms, e.g. Google, Trustpilot, etc.  You can compare your rating status across your platforms of choice, and direct individual review invitations to the ones you would like to improve. You can do this for all or only some of your online shops and touchpoints, permanently or temporarily, automatically or manually. All of these steps you can now plan, control and manage from the comfort of the eTrusted Control Center.

Review Collector

With the Review Collector you can collect customer reviews with just a few clicks and no technical integration by simply uploading a CSV file.

Google Integration (Extra Option)

The reviews are displayed in your Google Shopping Profile as well as in Google AdWords. If you are using Google AdWords, each Trusted Shops customer review contributes to improving your adverts’ ranking. This not only leads to an increased click rate, but also allows you to optimise the use of your Google AdWords budget by improving quality factors.

Smart Review Assistant (Extra option)

Dealing with customer feedback is important. Our Smart Review Assistant helps you respond to reviews more efficiently by using AI to create unique responses to your reviews within seconds. All you have to do is approve the suggested response before it is published on the profile pages for the customers. In addition, a summary of the review is created and displayed in the Control Center. The Smart Review Assistant is managed directly from the eTrusted Control Center.

Sentiment Analysis (Extra option)

Gain important insights from your customer reviews. Sentiment analysis identifies the strengths and weaknesses of your store and helps you to quickly recognize areas that could be optimized to ensure consistently high customer satisfaction. Your customer reviews are automatically analyzed using AI according to relevant criteria, such as shipping and customer service, and displayed in the eTrusted Control Center in a structured overview that can be filtered according to various characteristics of the reviews.
