At Trusted Shops, you can choose between several payment methods. The options available to you depend on the country where your company is registered and which payment agreement you have entered into.
Available payment methods

Credit card
You can pay your contributions by credit card. This payment method is available to all members in all markets. -
PayPal
Payment via PayPal is also available to all members. -
Bank transfer
If you have signed up to the annual payment method, you can transfer your contributions once you have received your annual invoice. Unfortunately, the bank transfer option is not available if you pay monthly. -
SEPA Direct Debit
This payment method is available to members from the eurozone. Companies based in the UK cannot currently issue a SEPA direct debit mandate.
Issuing or amending your SEPA direct debit mandate
- Download the SEPA mandate form here: SEPA mandate
- Fill out the form, print it out and sign it.
- Then scan the signed form and send it to members@trustedshops.com.
You have now successfully issued or amended your SEPA mandate.
Amending your payment method
You can change your payment method at any time. To do so, simply send us an e-mail to members@trustedshops.com.
