You can directly change your payment details that are stored with Trusted Shops.
To change the payment details, you need administrator permissions. If you do not have the required permissions yourself, please contact your admins. You can find out how to assign roles and permissions here: How do I manage user accounts?
- Log in to the eTrusted Control Centre.
- Click the e icon in the top right-hand corner. You will be redirected to our legacy platform, "My Trusted Shops".
- Click on "My contract".
- Click on "Payment data".
- Click on "Update data". An input field will appear.
- Enter the new payment details in the input field (
). Then click on "Update data" (
).
You have now successfully changed your payment details stored at Trusted Shops.
