How do I change my company data?

Trusted Shops uses your company data for contracts and invoices. You can amend your company data in the eTrusted Control Centre.

  1. Log in to the eTrusted Control Centre.
  2. Click on the gear symbol ("Settings") (01_16x16.png) in the main navigation. Then click on "Account Management" (02_16x16.png). Open the "Company Data" (03_16x16.png) tab.

  3. Enter your company name (01_16x16.png).
Because the company name entered here will appear on all contracts and invoices, please make sure you use your officially registered company name. 
  1. Enter your address (02_16x16.png). Then select a "Country" (03_16x16.png) using the drop-down menu.
The address entered here will be used as the billing address. It does not appear in your company profile. You can find out how to change your contact details in the company profile here: Changing your contact details
  1. Enter your VAT number (04_16x16.png) and the company’s legal form (05_16x16.png).
  2. Click on "Update company data" (06_16x16.png).02_EN.png
Trusted Shops will check your changes within 48 hours. If you enter new data during this time and save it again, the review process will start over.

You have now successfully updated your company data. Once we have reviewed your data, it will be used in your contracts and invoices.
