Where can I find information about my payments to Trusted Shops?

You can find all information about your payments in the eTrusted Control Centre.

  1. Log in to the eTrusted Control Centre.
  2. In the main navigation, click on the gear icon ("Settings") (01_16x16.png). Then click on "Account Management" (02_16x16.png). Open the "Payment information" tab (03_16x16.png).

You have now successfully opened the "Payment information" overview.

Within the overview, you will find the following information about your payments:

  • "Outstanding balance" (01_16x16.png): In this section, you can see the outstanding amount and when the next payment is scheduled.

In the "Payments" list, you will also find the following information about past payments:  

  • "Payment number" (02_16x16.png): In this column, you will find the payment number.
  • "Date" (03_16x16.png): In this column, you will find the payment date.
  • "Amount" (04_16x16.png): In this column, you will find the payment amount.
  • "Status" (05_16x16.png): In this column, you will find the payment status.

There are three possible statuses:

  • "Failed": The payment has failed, for example due to invalid payment details or insufficient funds. Please check the payment method used.
  • "Completed": The payment has been successfully processed. No further action is required.
  • "Processing": The payment is still being processed and the final result is not yet available. Please wait until the system has completed the process.
