Using Trusted Shops with Shoper

As a Shoper user, a free Trusted Shops plugin called "Trusted Shops Easy Integration" is available to you.

Installation

1. Open your Shoper backend.
2. Click on "Dodatki i integracje" () in the main navigation. Then click on "Aplikacje" ().
3. Enter the search term "Trusted Shops" in the search field ().
   
4. Within the search area "Trusted Shops Easy Integration", click on "Zainstaluj aplikacje".
   
5. A new overview will open. Tick "Akceptuję regulamin appstore" (). Then click on "Instaluj" ().
   

You have now successfully installed the plugin.

Login

1. Click on "Dodatki i integracje" in the main navigation of the Shoper backend. Then click on "Moje aplikacje" and open the "Trusted Shops Easy Integration" plugin.
   

You must be a member of Trusted Shops in order to use the plugin. Not a member yet? Then click on the link "Nie jesteś jeszcze naszym klientem?" in the top right corner of the login screen. After clicking, you will be redirected to our website where you will find information on membership options.

To log in to the plugin, you need individual access data – the API client credentials. The API client credentials are not identical to your access data for the eTrusted Control Centre. Below, you will learn how to create your API client credentials and log in to the plugin with them.

2. The login screen appears. Click on "Zapytanie ofertowe".
   
3. The eTrusted login page appears in a new browser tab. Enter your username (), password (), and click "Logowanie" ().
   
4. The overview "API Client Management" appears in a pop-up window. Click on the top blue document icon to copy your Client ID to your cache.
   
5. Switch to the browser tab with the plugin login page. Insert the cached Client ID into the field "Client ID" by right-clicking and selecting "Insert".
   
6. Switch to the pop-up window with the overview "API Client Management". Click on the blue document icon below to copy your Client Secret to your cache.
   
7. Switch to the browser tab with the plugin login page. Insert the cached Client Secret into the field "Client Secret" () by right-clicking and selecting "Insert". Click "Połącz" ().
   

8. A pop-up window will appear. Link your sales channels registered with Trusted Shops (e.g. different language shops, domains) to the corresponding eTrusted channel using the drop-down menus (). Then click "Zapisz" ().
   

You have successfully logged into your plugin and linked the channels.

Configuration

Next, we will show you how you can display the Trustbadge® technology and configure it according to your individual requirements:

Display the Trustbadge, integrate Buyer Protection & collect service reviews

Unique Trustbadge® technology makes it so simple to collect, manage and display customer reviews in your shop. You can also easily integrate your Trustmark and offer Buyer Protection.

1. Within the plugin, open the tab "Trustbadge".
   
2. In the drop-down menu "Wybrany kanał" (), select the sales channel for which you want to carry out the configuration.

3. Check that the switch is set to "aktywny" (). This setting activates the Trustbadge.
4. You now have several options for the Trustbadge configuration:
   • Select "Standardowny" (). In this case, the Trustbadge is displayed on the lower right corner of your shop in desktop view, and in the lower left corner of your shop in mobile view. If you would like to change this placement, you have various options:
     • Click on the drop-down menu "Umieszczenie dla użytkowników komputerów stacjonarnych" (). This allows you to decide whether the Trustbadge should be displayed on the right or left side in desktop view.
     • Click on the drop-down menu "Umieszczenie dla użytkowników mobilnych" (). This allows you to decide whether the Trustbadge should be displayed on the right or left side in mobile view.
     • Enter a number of pixels in the input fields "Przesuń w górę o" (). This allows you move the Trustbadge up by the desired number of pixels in the respective display.
   • Select "Edytuj kod integracji" (). In this case, you can manually edit the Trustbadge code.

5. Click "Zapisz zmiany" ().

Now, test the functioning of your Trustbadge. To do this, place a test order in your shop. When the Trustcard appears at the end of your order, you have successfully integrated the Trustbadge into your shop, Buyer Protection is active and shop reviews will be collected.

Additional settings options

Link sales channels to eTrusted

1. Within the plugin, open the tab "Ustawienia".
2. Scroll to area "Ustawienia kanałów".
3. Link your sales channels (e.g. different language shops) to the corresponding eTrusted channel using the drop-down menus ().
4. Click on "Zapisz zmiany".
   

Unlink Trusted Shops

1. Within the plugin, open the tab "Ustawienia".
2. Scroll to area "Rozłącz się z Trusted Shops".
3. Click on "Rozłącz połączenie".
   

Uninstallation

1. Click on "Dodatki i integracje" () in the main navigation of the Shoper backend. Then click on "Moje aplikacje" ().
2. Enter the search term "Trusted Shops" in the search field (). Then select the plugin "Trusted Shops Easy Integration".
   
3. A new overview appears. Click on "Odinstaluj aplikację".
   
4. A pop-up window will appear. Click on "OK".
   

You have now successfully uninstalled the plugin.
